How to Start Your FrameKit Journey

303 words, 1 minute read time

Once you have created your FrameKit account, you will gain access to the FrameKit App. From here, you are prompted to Create a New Product.

 Instructions

  1. Provide us with “key information.” These include basic details, such as your product’s name and description, as well as any reference materials you wish to share.
  2. We will review your order and determine an appropriate price.
  3. Within 48 hours, your app will update to display our quote, and once you have received the 3D model of your product, you can begin editing.
HOW WE PRICE OUR QUOTES

The price of your model will be determined by the scale and complexity of your product. A larger, more intricate design will take our team longer to create your model, and thus will require more resources.

YOUR ORDER STATUS

Once you have Created a New Product, we will review your order to determine a quote. Whilst we do this, we will keep you updated on the order’s status. These updates can include:

  • Reviewing Submission. A general status letting you know that we’re reviewing your order.
  • Awaiting Payment. We have reviewed your order and have provided you with a quote.
  • Awaiting Model Creation. You have paid your quote, and we are now creating your custom 3D model.
  • Complete. The order has been completed. You can start creating images using your product.

Other updates can include:

  • On Hold. The order has been manually paused. A reason will always be provided to you.
  • Declined. The order cannot be fulfilled. We will cancel your order and will let you know why, and if resubmission is possible.
  • Resubmission Required. We will request another submission due to needing more reference material or key information. For example, if the images were not of a standard where a high-fidelity 3D model could be created.
